You need to bring proof of the following Vaccines:
-TD/TDAP VACCINE
-MMR VACCINE

-HEPATITIS B VACCINE (19-59 YEARS OLD)
-FLU VACCINE IOF IN SEASON (OCT-MARCH 31ST)
-COVID VACCINE IS A MUST
If You DO NOT have proof of vaccines. Price is $445. Includes:
-Filling out Form I-693 and Physical
-All of the lab tests required by immigration which are (TB QUANTIFERON, SYPHILIS, GONORRHEA)
-Titer Blood Test (this checks if you are immune to the diseases of the vaccines you are required to have. If you are immune, you won't need to retake these vaccines. If you are NOT immune you will need to retake that vaccine) Titer is done for MMR, Varicella and Hepatitis B.
-TD Vaccine: this is the tetanus vaccine required by immigration
NOTES:
-Covid vaccination is a MUST to have proof. Covid doesn't apply for titer and we do not provide that vaccine. If you do not have proof of Covid please go to your closest pharmacy to take them
-If you are not immune to MMR, Varicella o Hepatitis B and therefore you need to take them, we provide vaccinations on site or you can go to your closest pharmacy to take these vaccines.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Vaccines do I need to have for my Immigration Medical Exam?
Vaccines requirements are based on your age. Please scroll up to find your age group and the vaccines requirements under that group age. You either have to bring proof of those vaccines or if you do not have proof please go to next question.
What are my options if I do not have proof of vaccinations?
If you do not have proof of vaccinations, we provide a blood test called Titer for MMR, Varicella and Hepatities B. This test will show if you are immune to these diseases. If you are, you do NOT need to take these vaccines. If you are NOT immune, you have to retake the vaccine. For example, if your test comes back that you are immune to Hepatities B, MMR but not Varicella, you need to take the Varicella vaccine.
Where can I go to get the vaccines that I need?
We provide most vaccines on site.
How long does it take to receive results?
We are fast. Your immigration package will be ready for you to pick up within 3-5 days after your appointment.
What documentation do I need to bring for my Immigration Medical appointment?
You need to bring an ID and your vaccination records if you have them.
